Return and Refund policy
Orders placed week days (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped out within 10-12 business days, provided the payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
Ready to ship items will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
All customers will receive a confirmation email or whats app once the order has been received and a subsequent email with tracking information when the order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer genuine shipping on orders delivered throughout India. GST will be added to your order at checkout. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days. In rare cases, some orders may be delayed due to government intervention, natural causes etc. We regret to inform you that due to national policies, we do not offer overnight delivery services.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please factor in an additional 2-3 business days for delivery to addresses in rural areas.
