IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please provide an address where the package can be successfully delivered. Once your order has been received and signed for, at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of The Jewelry Creations
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
RETURN POLICY
All TJC (The jewelry creations) products are handcrafted by artisans in India using pearls and gemstones, making each design unique.
Please do not forget to make opening video once you get the parcel. We will not compensate if you don’t have opening video.
